The first criteria will be the ambiance.  When you walk into a dining establishment the first thing that hits your senses is the visual kind. at the speed of light you begin to receive details about the establishment you have just stumbled in to.  As some wisemen have said there are no second chances for a first impression.

SERVICE

a positive Interaction with staff is key.  in my opinion, if a restaurant's service is atrocious, the thought of a return visit will be the last thing on your mind no matter how good the food is. When a restaurant goes far and beyond speaks loudly and adds to an experience.  Details like these never go unnoticed.

FOOD

the satisfaction levels of an establishment's food is the cherry to top your entire dining experience.  unforgettable food will forever be forged within your memories.  If the thought of a dish makes your salivary glands go into overdrive, then consider the chef's mission; accomplished.

VALUE

Nothing hurts more than to spend you hard-earned dollars on a meal that does not justify the expenditure.  At the end of my reviews I will give an idea of what we ordered and the totals or what someone may expect at each restaurant, and also if the meal justifies the price.
