2nd semester of PA school done!

Here I am writing with 2 semesters of PA school under my belt. It’s been a rocky road but at the end of the day it is doable. As long as you put in the work, you should be able to get through. It might not be all A’s but you will get through. Now I am enjoying my 3 weeks off before Spring semester starts, and that will be the toughest of them all. Once summer semester hits it’s the easy breezy part of the didactic year for PA school. Either way, at the end of the day, I reflect on how hard I worked to just have this opportunity, and eventually affect many lives in the future, positively.

I wish I could go back to my self in the past that first day of school, and let myself know I will definitely make it through the 2nd semester. At the end of the day, I try to learn as best as I can to treat my future patients, but I would be lying that I was also more worried about “just hoping to pass”. Anyway, the 3rd semester starts in a couple of weeks and my main focus right now is to beat Red Dead Redemption 2, and get a vacation in before then.

PS- Iceland did not happen…AGAIN! My girlfriend and I ended up booking a trip to Denver leaving a few hours after our canceled flight to Iceland and just winged it. We ended up visting Manitou Springs. Then went skiing in Snowmass and finished off the vacation in Denver. It turned out amazing for an impromptu trip but my heart still longs for a trip to Iceland. Maybe the 3rd time is a charm?
